Our Founder, Maria Mejia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our neurodivergent students and young adults

  • FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

    María Alejandra Mejía has more than ten years of experience working with neurodiverse kids in the United States, as in Italy and Colombia, among other countries. Mejía advocates for inclusion and diversity inside the education system and the corporate world.

    Bachelor's in Exceptional Student Education from Nova University

    Master's in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University & Istituto Europeo per lo Studio del Comportamento Umano- IESCUM Italy

    Master's in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

    Founder and director of Early Intervention Behavioral Services (EIBS).

  • BOARD MEMBER

    Robert (Bob) Davila is a passionate advocate and promoter of opportunity creation, most recently focusing his energies on the economically disadvantaged and children and young adults struggling with the challenges neurodiversity brings to everyday living.

    Bob’s prior roles have included investment banker, private equity investor, mergers & acquisitions advisor, media entrepreneur and co-founder of entrepreneurial educational and development initiatives. He has served on the Boards of educational, economic development and charitable not-for-profit organizations and he leverages his years of experience in both the private and not-for-profit sectors to help create economic and personal development opportunities for neurotypical and neurodiverse individuals in South Florida and the Caribbean.

    Diana is passionate about disability rights, Board member at UM-Card Org & Family Advocate.

    Accomplished executive with extensive legal and business experience demonstrating consistent achievement while serving as instrumental member of, and advisor to, executive management teams and Boards of Directors.
