The Rising Start Homeschool Academic Enrichment Program

Professional Academic Instruction for Homeschooling Families

  • Homeschooling offers families the flexibility to design an education that fits their child’s needs. At the same time, many parents welcome the opportunity for professional instruction in core academic subjects and structured opportunities for peer interaction.

  • The Rising Start Homeschool Academic Enrichment Program provides small-group instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics led by educators experienced in supporting neurodivergent learners.

  • Students attend 2 or 3 mornings per week for focused academic learning while families continue their homeschool program at home.

  • This program allows students to benefit from professional teaching, peer interaction, and structured learning while maintaining the flexibility of homeschooling.

Customized & Individualized Instruction

Small Instructional Groups & Curriculum Approach

  • We intentionally keep instructional groups small to ensure students receive meaningful support.

    Elementary Table

    • 4–6 students

    Middle / High School Table

    • 6–8 students

  • This structure allows teachers to provide:

  • individualized guidance

  • flexible pacing

  • clear instruction

  • strong student engagement

    Curriculum Approach

  • The Rising Start provides its own structured curriculum in reading, writing, and mathematics.

  • At the same time, we understand that homeschooling families often have specific educational goals.

  • Whenever possible, our teachers will adapt portions of instruction to support the academic priorities families are working on at home.

  • This allows the program to function as a true partnership with homeschooling families.
